I had new carpet installed in my workspace today, which meant that I had to clean everything out of the room. How stark and uncluttered it looks without all my stuff! This won't last. Oh no it won't . . .

. . . because tomorrow I start the process of putting all this stuff back!
I'm turning over a new leaf though. I will not allow things to get this out of hand again.

Check back with me in six months.
Wow! It looks amazing. I see you got the new pieces in too. Looking forward to seeing the new space with all the clutter, I mean, art in progress, back in it's rightful place!
ReplyDeleteIt would be a really interesting project to take a picture say on the last day of every month for a year. And, of course, post them!
ReplyDeleteHi Leslie,
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful workspace you have. So open with so much light, what a lucky lady you are.

WOW What a HUGE space!
ReplyDeleteOh Leslie, how on earth did you ever manage such a scrumptious room to create in? I quite agree the carpet was your best choice, it looks great. I hope one day I can work side by side with you in this yummy workspace you have created. Oh, and what are those fab files I spy, could they be the same we found on eBay, they fit perfectly in your space.
ReplyDeleteI'm envious of your spacious work room with all those windows and a great view! In my opinion, a clean and tidy work room is a work room where nothing happens. Being creative requires a large serving of chaos :)

Hey Les,
ReplyDeleteSorry to do this to you, but you've been tagged. I don't usually play along with these things, but I am trying to play nice.
Go check out my post for the official rules,
Dede
so wonderful!!
ReplyDeleteWow, what a wonderful space! And a lovely view!
ReplyDeleteOh, man, do Iknow what you mean. I had to smile, because so many of my things are just tossed in boxes! But I know where they are, that's the weird thing.
ReplyDeletehow romantic your space looked before you filled it with all your supply's...
ReplyDeleteI think that once we have removed all that we need to create the visions of filling it back up must be what captivates us the most! the light that you have is stunning as is your space!
